You Must Enable Cookies...

In order to enter your assessment into our online review system your internet browser must be enabled to accept cookies.  It’s easy to do - just follow these simple instructions. Once you've enabled your browser to accept cookies return to the login page to login.

If you're using Microsoft Windows (Win95, Win98, WinME, Win2000, WinXP):

Here's how to enable cookies for your browser:

If you're using Internet Explorer 6.0 and above
1. Go to Tools on your browsers menu bar
2. Choose Internet Options
3. Click the Privacy tab
4. Click the "Advanced" button. Make sure "Override automatic cookie handling" is not checked and click OK.
5. Change the slider on the Privacy tab to "Medium" or lower
7. Click the "OK" button
8. You're now ready to use CAP™

If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0 or 5.5
1. Go to Tools on your browsers menu bar
2. Choose Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab
4. Click on Custom Level
5. Scroll down to where it says Cookies - Allow cookies that are stored on your computer
6. Check the Apply button
7. Click OK
8. Click OK again - now you're ready to use CAP™

If you're using Internet Explorer 4.0 or 4.01
1. Go to View on your browsers menu bar
2. Choose Internet Options
3. Click the Advanced tab
4. Scroll down to where it says Cookies - Always accept cookies
5. Check the Apply button
6. Click OK - now you're ready to use CAP™

If you're using Netscape Communicator 4.0 or above
1. Go to Edit on your browsers menu bar
2. Choose Preferences
3. In the Category window (on the left), click on Advanced
4. In the Cookies window (on the right) check the Accept all cookies button
5. Click OK - now you're ready to use CAP™

If you're using Mac OS (OS 8.x, 9.x, or X):

Here's how to enable cookies for your browser:

If you’re using Internet Explorer 4.0 or above
1. Go to Edit on the menu bar
2. Choose Preferences
3. Click on Receiving Files (in the left hand window) so that its options are visible
4. In that options list, click on Cookies
5. In the Cookie Settings window (on the right hand side) there is a drop-down menu next to ‘When receiving cookies’. On that drop-down menu, select ‘Never ask’
6. Click OK - now you’re ready to use CAP™

If you’re using Netscape Communicator 4.0 or above
1. Go to Edit on the menu bar
2. Choose Preferences
3. In the Category window (on the left), click on Advanced
4. In the Cookies window (on the right) check the ‘Accept all cookies’ button
5. Click OK - now you’re ready to use CAP™
